        Mosul will fall by the end of the year.
        The will be a lot more dying before this is over.

        I spent 4 days in Nice, France last September so this strikes close to home.

        We have been at war for 18 years now -- low level warfare perhaps -- most casualties have been civilian it seems ... This is not a soldier's war this is a cowardly terrorist war.

                I've been saying this all along.... They will begin attacking soft targets. They no longer need bombs or to attack airports. All they need is a truck now. Or even a car.

                    I have a feeling that their goal is to hit soft targets on special occasions/holidays and popular locations so that in time, anywhere you go that was special, has a memory of attack in the past. Lame

                                        Making more Martyrs is no a viable solution. It is really up to the people in that region. For instance we could nail Al-Raqqah and decimate it, turn it into a glass parking lot, but the Martyrs of Al-Raqqah would seek revenge.
