i also have wp-tube-plugin pro and i asked wp-tube-plugin about you and there support team guy says that they send you wtp(basic) immediately after your payment. he send me screenshot of that email. they says you did not make any contact with them after payment.

you can contact him if you have any problem .I hope they will resolve your problem. they reply me quickly when i asked about you. i hope you will get reply quickly if you contact him.
