Iphone Remote - Can I say Genius?????

I just got Iphone remote working on Itunes / Iphone. Absolutely amazing......!!

Control your Itunes directly through your Iphone. Apple is 5 steps ahead....

Also love the new "genius" playlists...pick a song and it creates a playlist for you.

LOVE IT!!!!

Download Remote from your Iphone and setup is easy as PIE (or Cake) your choice.

Yep.... as long as your Itunes is on the same network you can control it from your Iphone anywhere in the house.... works with their IPTV platform as well..... havent picked that up yet....next on my list.

I love that feature. I use the remote program for apple tv, instead of that piece of crap that comes with it.
The remote that comes with it makes Front row pop up on my computer, every time I try and change what I'm watching. Even facing the opposite direction. Sometimes even from the next room.

It's good (Apple TV). I've actually been playing with different format's to get more into my iTunes library and make them playable on Apple TV. Alyssah just did a shoot for Kink.com's Whipped Ass, and we watched it hidef on the television via Apple TV last night.

I've been good. Vegas is always interesting. Looking forward to A'dam. How's life treating you?

How much is the complete setup?

Life is awesome.... getting back into the grind after 3 weeks in the south of spain...... best vacation I've ever had..... If you have the chance visit Marbella....

The appleTv is $229/$329. I'd suggest getting the larger one now that their HD library is growing, so you can keep some of it stored on the tv, and not need your computer on to stream it.
I upgraded my Quciktime tob e able to convert more file types, and I think the plugin pack of codec's was $99

I've been hearing good things about Spain recently, particularly Marbella and of coruse Barcelona...

Nothing apple has done is "genius" and the same goes for Google. Its all simply the proper implementation/marketing of ideas others have come up in the past.

I have been using it for a while and love it..

I can set up the computer which has a kick ass speaker system on it to play music.. ( which can be heard all over the house) and if I want to simply change songs I just use my iphone ( as lone as i am connected to the wireless network) it works great.

You can do all that and more with a BB.
They just announced a partnership with TIVO as well that will allow you to remotely view TV listings and program recordings from your Blackberry. Wish they had something like that for my SA PVR
