    ATM Epass withdrawel in Europe

Anyone withdraw from an ATM using Epass in Europe?

Could you give me a rough idea of what the $ to euros rate is that they use?

I use the card all the time since I am in Denmark
We don't set the exchange rate Visa does and they charge a 1% currency convertion fee.

I have run tests and when I compare the rate I get withdrawing from the ATM with what I would get if I walked into my bank with US$ in my hand the difference in the rate is normally around .5%
But the bank that owns the ATM can charge as fee on the transactions as well, we never charge anything more thant he $2 per withdrawal.

Thanks Michael, would those rates be on Visa's website anywhere?

i was thinking too thats its a visa exchange rate. but its a fair exchange. for example if you go to prague and want to change cash at a private exchange hous, you can loose even 30% of the amount. seriously!

No its not posted anywhere, I believe they take the average rate from the last 24 hours for the most common currencies.
