I have one amateur splog with constant ~200uniques a day for more than year now and i have:
usa traffic ~80%

those ratios seem realistic for an rss fed splog, at least you are holding steady at 200 uniques a day with it, I've just seen a bunch get spanked by google and drop to a fraction of that (and they have morphing on, don't know what pissed google off or how they figured out they were splogs)
looks like you are getting a 1:3 visitor to sponsor ratio too which is ok (probably the sponsor is fair in reporting ratios and not using qualifiers to pump up their numbers either)
