Palin herself used "gov.sarah" in her e-mail address, and her husband used "fek9wnr" in his address. "Fe" is the representation for iron, and "k9" is an abbreviation for canine.

"K9" is also used by beastiality lovers - i think the story could get more interesting...

It wasn't immediately clear how hackers broke into Palin's Yahoo! account,...

the password was probably "pitbull" or "moose"

its yahoo, all you need to know is the yahoo name, birthday, persons name and there zipcode and answer to a general security qestion like What school did you go too. yahoo doesn't have the best security for forgotten password.

i would also place a wager it was inside job so they accounts would be disabled and "tainted" by hacker, and now any emails can be said to be faked or not hers etc..
