Exoclick is pretty active in killing them but being so large they aren't going to give up. They did kill them very quickly when I sent in reports with packet logs. I stopped visiting my tube as much since it's on auto. When I do work on my tube I leave packet logger open because I know I will be locked.
Trafficforce - strictest on tech when working with them but don't know how CPMs are.
Doublepimp - wasn't tech support but they do have the CSers. Not sure if that affects rankings. Lesser evil?
Trafficholder - Top 2 campaigns are $7 & $9 today, the $9 is def tech I didn't bother to try again. They don't seem to do anything about it.Comment
