    can you have a negative balance in ePassporte??

    I don't really keep a close watch on my eP account. But when it seemed low, I exported the last year of transactions.

    Apparently I carried a negative balance for 2 months.

    Is that even possible? If I was wrong about having $ in the account, why would it let me keep taking $ from ATMs?

    I sent in the question to eP support already. I'm sure it's something obvious I'm overlooking.

      thats odd, i mean ep doesnt give out lines of credit now??? but the banking world is so screwed up maybe they forgot that negative means NO MONEY!

          Yes you can have negative balance, I saw it few times in my account, but its was not over -20$.

              I have been negative a few times, but for me its the balancing of CAN/US dollars off of withdrawals.

                  I was about $700 in the hole.
                  It let me take out $300 (twice) from an ATM when I apparently had no money in the account. Very confusing.

                      Normally its not possible but it can happen if a merchant authorize your account and then settle the transaction the wrong way.

                              well i could see it going negative say you are eating somewhere and teh bill is 50$
                              epass would hold like 60-65 or something to cover tip
                              but say you leave a 20$ tip and you only have 65$ in your epass i could see it going negative that way
