I have been thinking of investing over there now that I sold all my Asian and Europe index funds off at a pretty good profit. Seems like there is a lot of uncertainty still. Not sure its worth the risk.

Yeah everyone has different appetites for various risks. I put 6% of my portfolio in Lukoil and will put even more if it drops further. Just too good of an opportunity IMO.

The CEO just bought a bunch of shares this week. he is the 48th richest man in the world. The CEO and VP together purchased 2 million shares
