this looks like2 members that wer active for multiple months just charged back all his transactions at once. it happens unfortunately.
you have made lots of sales so really this is a small amount compared to your many sales.
i am sorry this happened but not much i can do to help...
But why do you have him pay for the additional chargeback fees. I know there are some programs that deduct chargebacks from affiliates which is fine, but also adding the chargeback fees I've never seen before. Now the guy made -$100 on the sale, that doesnt make sense.
That is the chargeback fee of $25 plus the rebill. Not $35.
Program passing the chargeback fee to affiliate lolol. Not even splitting it.
I assume their CB fees are set to $50 so it charges $25 to the affiliate
but still, I don't think it's fair to charge CB fees to the affiliate, even on revshare

Fees from the banks are $25.. it is not dependant on which bank. Visa mastercard charges merchants $25 per chargeback. Amex charges nothing but that is irrelevant.

It depends on the processor/acquirer, some processors charge more than others, some eu banks charge 50 eur per CB and 100 if you reach a certain number.
