    Samsung 8300 - Problems?

I have a Samsung S8300 but for some reason when I dial people they can't hear me. Also if someone dials me I don't get a ring tone.
But the other person can hear me..

Any idea what the issue may be?

most likely theres a break in the circuit connection, try get an equipment engineer to help, or take it to the phone company for repairs.
      Hope this helps.

try a full reboot / battery out etc.. however it's a 7 year old phone, so could be a few things

                Do a full reset.

                But before you do:

                1. re-boot phone.

                2. Try the phone in a different location.

                3. Turn off all apps.

                4. Remove any new apps you have added.

                5. Use a virus scanner app.

                6. Make sure all apps and such are up-to-date.
