question for Eric re WA Amsterdam...

Thought Id post this here rather than emailing you privately, cause Im sure Im not the only one wondering...

Question is simply this... Regarding any of the OFFICIAL EVENTS... ie the power-hours, the seminars, or the main parties etc... IS THERE ANY 'SPECIAL' DRESSCODE?

Cool ! I hope thats the same this year...

I mean, Clean and Tidy, yes, goes without saying, but Id hate to run into a situation where I needed 'Real Shoes' or a tie or something like that...

I could of course always bring one, or extra dress shoes etc... But want to travel as light as possible

I even felt overdressed just wearing a casual jacket.
mostly t-shirts with urls on it or people just being them selves
(just around the corner of the hotel....red light district....clothing is optional there)

You should do, just in case. You will have plenty of room

Looks like the Askjolene party will require some dress shoes

I doubt I could fit one in my carry-on baggage.

For the events at the hotel there is no dress code.

But please check the party location's dress code as they may have one. They may not enforce it as in many cases we are taking over their venue. But still better to dress to impress without the sneakers

For the AskJolene, Worldsex and Videobox there is no " real" dresscode.
Just no sneakers/gym show, its a club with people that " dress" up to go party not dress up to go to the gym ;)

Just use common sense and it will be all good ;)
