Tarpy this is completely unacceptable for the reason Robbie just stated.
You are supporting and profiting from stolen content. Your surfers watch the content from your site just like redtube the only difference is you don't host it.
It is not OK that the content is removed once someone believes it to be stolen. It should never be available on your site in the first place.
Btw a few hours ago I reported videos as copyright infringement and they are still there for me to watch many hours later.
so no they are not removed instantly with one report.

So yea, I'm not super excited about it, I wish all the clips that we spidered were licensed. (after all, then we'd be back to fair competition, would be much better for our wallet than this is) I guess people will just have to get their videos removed from the sites that host them. But since most sponsors told me that they don't intent to group together or sue. I've got to survive while people make up their minds on suing them vs sponsoring them.
But a quick poll of big sponsors seem to indicate, that they are more interested in supporting them than suing them. So, I can't look forward to them going away in '08Not WorkingComment

I think TarPy deserved no offense here. I don't know him personally but I read their forum and see his posts. Also reading this thread all over made me think he is OK and what he does is much more than the usual answer from tube site owners.

LOL, there you go again bringing my site that I'm working on and isn't even ready for high volumes of traffic into the mix with alexa... Dude Alexa is bullshit, my 800k+ rank is because of ME having the toolbar installed and browsing my site while WORKING on it..
You see, I'm a PHP/MySQL programmer, and I write all my own scripts so I don't have to just pay a designer to skin a free or paid script like you do, I do it all myself, so it takes more then 1 day to get a site up...
Try to attack me with something else... See below.
Ok, I have no control over what sponsors do with join pages, I'm a small guy, I have no impact on the sponsors like such a strong presence in the Adult Industry as PicHunter.com to deny sending sales to them if they don't change it. So if I want content for my site I have to deal with the cross-sales.
But you on the otherhand, you can do something because of being a big influence on the industry by taking a stand against all that is wrong, much like you did with the cross sales thread, but you then show how big of a hypocrite you really are by turning a MGP into an illegal tube site.
Way to go Mr. I'm Gonna Change The Industry! I applaud you.
