Thats exactly what it suggests - FRAUD ...
One thing to sell toyota corolla to 20 year old idiot at 22% APR... yes, aggressive sales practice.... but went you push him to buy additional 20K worth of useless upgrades and flat tire replacement options by running his credit line to limits and asking his parents to get second mortgage. Yep, that fraud no matter how you look at it.
Thats why its defunct business and thats why he is being sued. Just like many other scams of same nature.
