            Yeah, several times I got responses from them along the lines of "this doesn't appear to be copyright infringement." I always followed up with something like "is there someone else you can refer this to, as it is obviously infringement," and I would get a response that they had reconsidered and were now processing my request.

            I think perhaps they have some lazy fucks who don't even look at the requests before sending the request denied response, and only take the time to actually look at it when someone pushes the issue.

                Hey, leaseweb update! ^^

                When you wrote us this email the site (getthey.com) was temporarily hosted elsewhere, as can be seen in historic DNS records. The site came back online within our network on IP address 5.79.78.103. Our customer reported to have resolved the problem, however, as was evident this was not the case.
                We have decided to null-route the IP address, all sites hosted on that IP address are currently not available.
                Never give up I'd say ;)

                                we just found in the morning that bashmo.com is copying ours and 266.000 other websites. I just wrote a abuse ticket to that hoster.

                                Please look also if you had been getting copied from that asshole and also make a abuse ticket to the hoster or google that we stop that asshole!
