The law should be followed from where you're doing business of course, so maybe 2257 doesn't apply to them. However content should be licensed, or dmca should be up for user submitted content I guess, but I'm no lawyer.

Christophe, I wouldn't promote your site for the pure fact that you take "SUBMISSION" by people who you never met or can't verify. As some people have pointed out, they have seen this content before over many years.
