I went and saw how Stephen Hicks and his crew shoot. After seeing the best crew in LA I got a new lens and I use more natural light its more flattering. I cranked my flash to -2.0 and didn't even need an assistant or a reflector. Just me and the model and the amber morning sun. They really didnt do anything that was terribly difficult but it changed the way I shoot photos now.
