Feel sorry for the kid to have parents like this.... and feel even more sorry for Harambe for losing his life for these neglectful parents
A lot of the issue is about how big are the barriers that the kid climbed over/through.... I'd like to know the specific infos about this.
#1. parents should be held accountable for neglect
#2. zoo should be held accountable for having "barriers" that allow for a 4yo to hop into a gorilla area
