As far as twitter promotions, it's tough to give overall conversion on twitter traffic since I was sending twitter traffic to whitelabels and my domain as well.
But I can give you the twitter conversions from my @LiveXXXcams account for May thus far:
livexxxcams1tweet = link in pinned tweet
livexxxcamsBIO = link in the description field
livexxxcamsSITE = link in location field

Your Twitter ratios are insane. I am getting around 1:500 from Twitter Traffic. I am about to build a lander, and start sending some FB traffic. Will keep you updated on the results.
