                              The only time I was there back in 1996 or 97 I think the entire country (well it's tiny, like Rhode Island or something) was in this feverish mania of stockings. No woman aged 12 to 102 was allowed outside of the house other than in stockings and a mini skirt, I don't think, and there were stocking salesmen on every single street corner.

                              But the capital has a ton of parks and is actually very nice.
