The bigger issue for Trump is he's had multiple tax liens on bank accounts and property for not paying taxes owed.

Another certain oversight on his part is claiming in his POTUS financial disclosure forms that a property is worth $50 million and generating income, while fighting with properly assesors saying it's worth something like $4 million and not making any money. More about those issues here:

At least Romney ran a tight ship with his businesses and had no issues with liens, anitrust payouts, double talk on the value of assets etc. Trump is a financial mess.
