Hey All
I usually don't put my self out there and recommend companies but I have been blown away with this one. We are starting a new program, so we need software, content, design and so on. I want to talk about software and design, there are 2 big providers out there for software, that is Toomuchmedia (NATS) & Mansionproductions.com (MPA3 & MAS) so I contacted both companies and here is what I got:
Toomuchmedia: took them 3 days to get back to me, then they set me up with a test version for NATS, kind of a cold atmosphere pretty much like with any other company.
MansionProductions.com : Got the owner on my Skype right away, set me with a test account and I was ready to play with the both and decide which is best for me.
As someone new in the biz not very sure what i need and both software's looked similar I decided to go where the the communication was warm and very helping, i went with Mansion productions, I bought MAS (Content Management System), MPA3 (Members & Webmaster Management System) and a design for my affiliate program, got a nice discount and work has started.
MAS > I got a personal account manager (Ross), I had a ton of questions getting use to how things work. I was worried that the system will not allow me to do everything I wanted to do but I was wrong, MAS although encrypted with Zen allows you do to just about anything, and Ross helped me with all the questions and problems I had. So I managed to get exactly what i wanted. Great software.
MPA3 > Again got a Personal programmer to work with me after the install, asking another 100 questions were answered right away and again I was able to get what I wanted, the software can be customized to do just about anything but make you a cup of coffee.
Design > I started with the Affiliate Site that turned out amazing, (I am very picky) and continued with another 2 sites (other designers from Mansion) in my program, great communication (ICQ & Mail) fast response, daily updates, professional design, what else can you wish for?
I have worked with 5-6 different people in the company so far and each and every one of them was super professional, friendly and kind.
I recommend this company to anyone in need of Software or Design.
