If I visit a site with pop ups I leave right away, theres more of the same shit online at sites with no pop ups, no surfer likes to be hit by a pop up especially if they use a pop up blocker and it gets by, kinda makes you go wtf...VPS 1 - 1.5 GB RAM, 10 GB SSD - 11.88 euro/year

Not okay. They serve no actual purpose (those surfers sold on a pop up woul have been sold anyway), they pay less than other stuff, and they do in fact piss off many surfers.
