I'm pretty sure it's illegal most places in the states. Just because it's legal on camsites doesn't make it legal in the meatworld. You are still hiring someone to have sex. But if you're comfortable with it, have researched the customer and trust him and the risk is low that you'll get caught, who cares?
But yeah, I wouldn't put up an advertisement saying that you provide that service because you will probably get busted.Comment

It is legal in AZ, basicly it isnt legal in any state that Swinger Clubs are legal in. It falls under the same laws since you are running a private sex club, like Utah, or Goergia you will go to jail for up to 5 years, in AZ, CA, and states that are libberal with there sex clubs and stripper clubs it is perfectly fine. We actually have a few places here in AZ and thats all they sell...people having sex in front of you. However you will run into legal issues if the guy starts jacking off but like the guys said above, if its private and you know the guy isnt a cop (dont see cops setting this kind of sting up) how would anyone know.
