Why has georgem not responded to you in here, ever heard of the term contest whores? Seriously go look in most of the contest threads (yes many are now locked). Cross reference some of the posters. You will soon see there are a shitload of people who only post in contest threads and have 10k+ post counts to boot (not all of course).
Also why would TCG be behind it as well. Seriously has it gone 100% conspiracy on you?
I can honestly say the number of mods here are very fucking small. They are also in house ever since Batts (and him loosing his status). You may still find a former ICS employee with a blue nick name, though chances of them still having mod status = minimal.
