That's a rather old video (the modern ones are secret and you won't find them on youtube), but you can to see the concept - a single missile and no ship anymore... Today just a small
mosquito (SS-N-22 Sunburn) can kill an elephant easily. In case if it's not a single ship but some aircraft carrier group, a tactical nuke warhead will be used. I think you know that the result will is very predictable...
P.S. It's 21st century, so nobody needs Kamikazes anymore - remember it - a small cruise missile with a power of 10 Hiroshimas (not a big deal for a modern tactical missile) will sink down a whole aircraft carrier group
