"The end" meaning Steve completely avoided addressing the fact that he made a demeaning, insulting post on his "friendly" solo girl board ABOUT/directed towards solo "girls" who run their own sites and then deleted it, and everyone is too eager to kiss his ass than to entertain the notion that it might be true or to point out to him that his paragraphs of bullshit are just a smokescreen to cover up the fact that there's more than a little truth to Jane's accusations?

ha ha ha.. Maybe 5 years ago that was true.. Now the number of solo girl websites that are run by companies and the girl is just the model far outnumber the ones where the girl is involved with her site.. Then when you take into account the number of women that "claim" they work on their site when it's actualy their suitcase pimps that do and in todays world, the vast majority of solo girls only have to show up look cute and spread their legs.

Can you not understand from the context clues that JANE IS ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO DOES RUN HER OWN SITE? She is referring to real indie sites owned and operated solely by the models (or the model and her partner) at home, the topic in question and article she linked to was ABOUT these types of self-run sites, and if what she said is true, Steve's remark was not in keeping with the "friendly, respectful" tone he's trying to project on/about his board (which is probably why he deleted the posts in question, because he knows it made him look like an ass). Yes, those types of sites are rare, but they do exist and Steve's attitude towards people with those sites is ignorant, dismissive, and totally disrespectful.

I don't know how anybody could disagree that a big boy like Steve Lightspeed deleting posts left and right makes him a pussy and a baby. It's not a big deal; if you all think that's cool because it's his board and he shouldn't have his wittle feelings hurt or live with the consequences of the stupid shit he says, then just say, "yeah, that's a totally pussy baby thing to do but the old boy has EARNED his vanity board where he can go every day to have his rectal area orally swabbed by those who worship him!"

It might be interesting to know that I banned both Jane and Trixie not for any criticism of ME, but for unfriendly posts toward other models or people in the industry.

Jane thinks she was only repeating "common knowledge" about a girl who retired from the industry, but in fact the very next post following Jane's said something like "What? She is retired? Guess it's time to drop my links!"

I specifically asked Jane to focus only on promoting herself, and to stop "unpromoting" other sites. I think one of her posts said "I don't think you should send any traffic to a site where the model is no longer active." My board is a webmaster site, but as everyone knows, surfers are all over the webmaster boards also. Since she runs her own site, I don't think the status of any model on anyone else's site is any of her business.

This isn't the first time I've banned Jane. I unbanned her later, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to be fair. I hoped a warning shot would be enough for her, but obviously it wasn't.

I really don't give a fuck what Jane thinks about me or my sites personally. You'll also notice that I've never posted anything negative about Jane or her site. I guess I don't deserve the same courtesy from her for some reason. She "hates me and there are lots of others that agree with her." That reminds me of when i was in Junior High! She admits that she met me 7 years ago, and hasn't seen me since. Anyone that knows me now knows that I'm the first to admit that I'm just a regular guy making a living in the porn biz like everyone else. I only ask for simple respect that I think everyone deserves. What Jane sees as people "kissing my ass", I see as my friends supporting me when they think I need the support. This thread has been an interesting read, it seems alot of my friends are more interested in cereal and fish!

I never set out to compete with general webmaster boards like GFY. I felt like there was a place for a sologirl specific board. I've strived to make my board a postive place for everyone in the niche. Jane might be interested to know that I've even deleted personal attacks toward HER, and refused to ban her even when people ASKED me to.

If my board is so "useless", I wonder why Jane is so upset to be banned from it? If she wants a podium to express her opinions, she is free to start her own board. Lets see how long it takes her to ban ME.

To summarize, I've let Jane's posts slide, even after people have told me they won't come back to my board as long as she posts there. I let her voice her opinions, and I've even banned her and allowed her to return before, but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Thanks for starting this thread Jane. Now everyone knows where they can go to get news and information specifically about the sologirl market without having to sift through pages and pages of other non-related posts.

I'm not the one who started this thread and I only jumped in because it continues to boggle my mind why everyone kisses the guy's ass so much; I felt compelled to add my two cents when so few would acknowledge the truth contained in some of Jane's posts.
