You're right, but I don't think there will be any program in Europe. The ones allowing it to happen (the politicians) just completely ignore what the regular European citizen wants or sees. When Van Gogh was killed Churches and Mosques (back and forth) were burnt down for months. If the trend continues, there will be massive civil disorder problems in Europe. If women has no right to chose husbands in a society, and they know it very well, then they should deal with the consequences of being opposite to their society. Its not like they didn't know. I don't know what you meant by "soon", it will take more than 10 years before muslims citizens become a size of political concern and it will take more than 20 years (I believe) before they try to employ the Sharia which is what most Europeans fear from.
when it comes to the end of Europe as a free, modern and leading world it's all about democracy and the inevitable demographic problem caused by the 10 times bigger reproduction of the muslim population.

History has a way of repeating itself (sadly) and unless this trend is slowed down or mitigated somehow, Europe (Western Europe in particular) is in for a bloody time within the next 25 years or so.
