That was pretty disappointing

Had to go to the dealership to get a service done on the Charger. Turns out they had a couple Challengers there.

Sat down with sales guy, who quickly escalated it up the food chain. They were making deals left and right. Before I would sign anything, I had to drive it.

It would make a great second car, but with 4 bikes and a car, do I really need a second car? Not really.

Then they offered me a great deal on a new SRT Charger, but the color was so ugly, all I could do is laugh.

I am disappointed. I really like the looks of the Challenger, and it was fun to drive, but it just won't work.

I did get to take the Challenger on a test drive. He got a little nervous when I headed for the freeway saying, "we aren't supposed to go on the freeway, but I guess if you are buying it, no one will know."

It made it a little difficult to maneuver at times due to a couple guys that wanted to get a closer look.

The 2009 has more color options. I have a blue with metallic flake on pre-order. The classic B5 blue doesn't come out until later, unfortunately. I got the R/T with the 5.7L Hemi for MSRP.

There's an orange 2008 SRT8 that cruises around town, I like the looks of it.
