                                                Frankenberry, Count Chocula, Fruit Brute - they were all HORRIBLE - and I am a connoisseur of crap food and kids cereal.

                                                                                                    I used to love Golden Grahams and when I first moved to the UK you could get them everywhere but I think they have taken them off the shelves here. Most people here don't have a clue what a graham cracker is, I guess. They do sell cinnamon grahams though. Which are okay BUT I always think of them as a rip off of the old Cinnamon Toast cereal. I have no clue if that exists any longer.

                                                                                                    My nana had six grandkids when I was growing up and she had a cereal cupboard for when any of us stayed. That was pretty much the only time I got to eat most of the junk cereals but because there were so many of us she covered her bases and got all the different kinds. It was like a crack den for us when we got to stay with her.

I liked Sugar Smacks (think that was the name) at times too but my mom banned them because they were so sticky that they got matted up in the carpet once.

Because otherwise the normal papery inner bag would let moisture in and the whole box would be a brick of sugary goodness. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I could probably count on my hands how many times I had dry cereal as a kid.

                                                                                                                                                                When my kids were little we would buy dry cereal, but if sugar was the #1 ingredient, I refused to buy it.

                                                                                                                                                                These days, Raisin Bran is one I eat most evenings. On the rare occasion I do eat breakfast cereal I like cereals like Cheerios, Life, Rice Krispies, Honey Bunches of Oats, Basic 4, and Shredded Wheat.
