To refresh everyone's memory, in 2015 DDF Cash sent out an affiliate email announcing that starting in January 2016 they would no longer pay anybody automatically; supposedly if you don't remember to invoice them, you won't be paid. A snail-mail mailing address was provided for sending the invoices. Obviously that's not acceptable to US webmasters who expect to be paid without demand and aren't going to bill European programs by air mail, but when confronted about it, Paul got very hostile and dismissed all concerns as "ridiculous".
That same email made some vague demands for submission of "documents" from affiliates on a very short time scale. The documents desired were never specified, even though Paul blustered at length about how "we probably don't need" anybody who had a problem with them but would provide "provide all pertinent data to affiliates" at some future time. (That never happened.) Paul then bailed on the thread and has not been seen since on GFY.
So, sorry, Ante, but you've got some bridges to rebuild here on GFY before you will be smooth sailing to do new marketing.

Hello Forkbeard
And thank you for pointing out obvious.

Regarding Paul, he's here with me getting drowned in work. He's the guy who's responsible for all of these "great content" comments which I really appreciate. Having that in mind, he's really passionate guy, but he didn't mean anything mean. I wish every single one of you have someone like him in your company. Can guarantee you would make great progress with him on board so catch him for every word he writes is a bit harsh, but again it's GFY, so it's expected. On the other hand, I got hired recently, and among other tasks, one is to make this invoice transition as smooth as possible as well as reconnecting with affiliates and possibly get some new, creative ones.
I see your second post below, so will answer all invoice related things under that post. Additional questions are more than welcome.

DDFCash has a "contact us" option that works fine ( [email protected] or [email protected]) so, if you have problems with invoices, my suggestion is to contact them through their official program
Gfy is a great place where sometime is really simple to contact a manager but many sites have an official option "support - get in touch with us" that works. DDFCash in one of them.

So glad one of our affiliates spoke about this! Whoever reached out to me regarding invoice problem got same treatment, payout amount isn't the factor. We treat all of our affiliates with respect and we would never steal from them.
Too bad we don't have here some of the affiliates I chased trough couple of emails, Skype and ICQ accounts just to get their invoice so we can pay them. Still have affiliates who have pending payments and doing my best to chase them up so they can get their money.
Basically DDF hired a guy (me) just to (among other stuff) pay out affiliate's money, so that is even more expensive for them, but no one is taking that into consideration. Wouldn't say that they are so bad as some of you think.

Don't look things black&white because it's not.

There is a universal expectation that an affiliate program will pay funds due when they become due, without waiting for a demand from the affiliates who are owed money.
DDFCash publicly announced that they would not honor that expectation. Details were vague, conflicting, and smelt of ass-covering. A promise was made that all would be clarified with further announcements to affiliates. That never happened.
DDFCash's public stance is that they are simply going to keep the money from all affiliates who fail to contact them and demand payment. That's unacceptable. That needs to be fixed. They have not fixed it.
No amount of individual contacts from individual affiliates can resolve this issue. Any affiliate who knows to make contact can get paid, right? The issue is the money that's being withheld from the affiliates who do not know.
How many of you have ever gotten a check from a program you forgot you ever promoted, because old rebills finally accumulated enough money to trigger a minimum payout? That's the money DDFCash decided to stop paying.
If DDFCash wants too market here on GFY, it seems only fair that potential affiliates be made aware: the game with DDFCash is different. They will not pay you when your account reaches the minimum. You'll have to take steps. That's not normal, that's not the standard in the industry, that's not right. It shouldn't be left unmentioned.
Just my opinion.

This post stuck to my eye the most. Mostly because statements aren't true or taken out of the context.
I know it's "universal expectation" to get automatically payed and we would love to do it like that but we are trying to to take our business out of the dark and obey the law. It's "universal expectation" to legalize weed but it's still illegal in most of the countries. I'm sure it's coming for all other EU affiliate programs, so you can call us pioneers and we are taking so much heat about it, but I'm sure with some cooperation between affiliate programs and affiliates this can be so much smoother, we are certainly working on it as we speak.
Now couple of disclaimers: Every affiliate who has pending payment with us got several emails with detailed instructions how to make invoice, even if they don't have registered company (doing affiliate work as second job or hobby) along with my email, Skype and ICQ contact (for detailed explanation like Marco68) on email address they listed in their DDF Cash profile. Along with that I went trough every single one of their profiles and extracted their ICQ or Skype contacts in intention to warn them about pending payment. I had some good success, but still there are affiliates who have pending payments but we'll never keep that money to ourselves.
Invoices can be uploaded trough DDF Cash or email affiliates got in their email notifications, and payments are basically instant, depending on part of the day when they are uploaded.
"Details were vague, conflicting, and smelt of ass-covering. A promise was made that all would be clarified with further announcements to affiliates. That never happened."
All affiliates with pending payment got all necessary information about our company to make invoice. Nothing shady about that. Actually, if you provide your email address I can send you email they got so you can research it a bit more.
If affiliate don't know how to contact us, we'll find a way to contact them, you can be sure in that, but it's good that they already have their representative. And I'll make sure it goes into our T&C: "We are EU based company, please obey the law"
Thank you all for comments, good and bad. This thread got more response than I expected, keep it coming, I really appreciate it. Only like this we'll get somewhere.
Cheers!
