Who Does Paxum to PayPal and How Does it Work

I have $750 in a Paxum account that I have no idea how to withdraw.
I have spent hours on it and never seem to be able to do it.

The funds are USD and I want then transferring to a UK bank account.

For the love of God, someone help me out here please!

You should be able to add your European bank account to Paxum.

They call it EFT at Paxum. I don't think any Europeans use that name, but in the end it will be a SEPA bank transfer I think. A lot cheaper than wire withdrawal, only $8.95.

The bank account verification will take at least a week though.

The funds show as USD Checking Account

If I go to profile > Bank Accounts I can see my account there showing as type secondary, status Active.

If I go to Withdraw Funds » To Your Verified Bank Account (EFT) That bank account doesn't show up which means I would have to add another bank account.

If I go to Withdraw Funds » By WIRE transfer I can see my bank account but I can't withdraw because the funds are USD

As BigFurry advises, you can sign the authorization form and verify your bank account for EFT Withdrawal. This process generally takes 5-7 business days. You can do this in your account My Account >> Profile Settings >> Bank Accounts >> Sign Authorization The fee for EFT is $8.95 USD

You can also withdraw by wire if you wish. You have the option to convert your funds within your Paxum account to GBP and withdraw to your UK bank account. Or alternatively you can add your UK bank account and assign a USD currency to it, and then withdraw by wire to that account from your Paxum USD Checking. The funds would then be sent in USD to your UK bank.

If you anticipate receiving funds to your Paxum account regularly, you may wish to consider a Paxum card, as this provides you instant access to your Paxum funds through ATM withdrawals and POS purchases. POS purchases are free with the card, and ATM withdrawals have a set $2 USD fee per withdrawal.

                Thanks for choosing Paxum!

If I recall correctly, they said that you need to create an EUR account inside Paxum, put the funds there, and then initiate the transfer.

(Or maybe in your case, GBP? Don't know.)

You need to print out the authorization, check the information is correct then sign it in blue ink, and then scan the signed authorization. Then upload it to your account.
