everyone in the adult industry has their dirty hands in everything and everyone else's pockets... i've seen one shady deal after another go down... and everyone that is concerned about my legal well being, don't worry about it... It's my ass on the line... I'm sure if anyone of you guys came up with buying these domain names, you would not be so quick to crucify me over it... if you don't want affiliates making money any which way they can, then leave the biz... no point in crying over the fact that i got these domain names... if anything, i would be more then happy in maintaining and marketing these sites on Brazzers behalf... I am a RESELLER of Brazzers content as stated on their affiliate program site... I am nothing more then a sales rep for them... one of many they have... i just happened to acquire these domains so chill... If Brazzers wants they can easily setup vod.brazzers.com and that would be the end of it... can't wait to push all the traffic and sales to Brazzers!Comment

I trust my lawyers... and just so you know each of them graduated from Mark Tippman's School of Law and Barber Sciences. Out of their weekend course they were in the top 5 of their class of 15. Graduated with honors!Comment

why does anyone think it matters what the trademark is, when whatever was registered etc, who used what first and so on?
if you are in the US... you can be sued period and for good cause. You will have to argue all these great "facts" in court at a cost of several hundred dollars per hour and spend a good month or more getting ready at several hundred dollars per hour.
a simple fact of domains is that if there is a trademarked word in it, you are facing some serious risks.
end of story.
all the arguments, rationalizations etc are totally irrelevant.Comment

Hey allanuk, nope have not sold them yet... and don't plan to anymore... I will build up both sites myself with brazzers content only... which now that i think about it is way smarter to do then attempting to sell such great domain names... thanks for all the feedback from everyone on this thread...Comment
