They could, but most don't. However in this scenario since the thread starter is specifically trying to make money only from a business-to-business transaction, I think they would be more likely to take it.

In all seriousness though, i am not out to cause any trouble, i am an affiliate of Brazzers who just happens to know how the system works when it comes to promoting their affiliate program... domain name being a key to it all...
In the end both domains are promoting Brazzers and their superior content...
It's not like the domains are promoting goods or services not expected or associated with the Brazzers name...
Anyone coming across these domains will get access to content provided exclusively by Brazzers and they will get their cut from it... as well as the domain's owner...
Visitors to these sites expect Brazzers content and they will get exactly that!

I think the reality of the situation is beginning to dawn on you. No amount of fawning over Brazzers and their content will slow down the impending butthurtification that they'll hit you with. Keep the domains, promote Brazzers and make more money doing so than you would in selling them. The law states if you have a url that has a company name or a models name and you do not have a contract with written permission from that company or individual in a contract form Icann will remove the URL and award it to the appropriate parties. It is easy as candy and anyone starting a site without the permission should just throw their money in the trash, your leaving yourself open to a nice legal bill.Comment

as long as the domains promote brazzers and exclusively brazzers, then there is no problem with me owning the domains...
the legal fees, time and hassle, bad PR, and additional factors would make no sense...
should brazzers express immediate concern over the sale of the domains to any party which they believe may promote their image in "bad faith", then they have serious cause for concern. as long as there is no such act of "bad faith" being committed and the sites promote them exclusively, they have no worries.
last thing brazzers would want to do is take unwanted legal action against one of their affiliates who happens to know how to promote their content. bad message to send to any potential affiliate, "oh shit, you know how to really market our content, increase traffic, and make sales... let's sue the shit out of him and discourage all other affiliates from doing the same. last thing we want is having more traffic and sales pushed our way."
Brazzers has nothing to worry about, and like i said they are free to contact me and voice their concerns.
