Lloyds TSB Bank (one of the UK's biggest banks) tried to move their call centres to India but returned them back to the UK after about a year because of the amount of complaints they had.

E-pass won?t even return e-mails; I had sent over 6 e-mails in the last 3 days and not even a fuck you... I wish some one from e-pass was on this board so we could actually get a answer ill be happy with a fuck off from them so at least I know where we stand.

Normally it takes epass 10 days to reply to an email so be a little more patient. They also tell you this when you send an internal email.

Epass is a fuck, but Michael is a life saver, i go straight to him on ICQ and shit gets taken care of within minutes.
