    Indian programmers beat Philipinos hands down.

    I had 3 philipino programmers flake on me in 3 weeks. Indian programmer got job done in 12 hours.

      Haven't had one Indian do anything other than try to scam me. Likelyhood of being scammed by an Indian is right up there

                  I have had plenty of jobs done and jobs I had tried to get done. Of all of those jobs I have only been scammed by one Filipino, out of several Russians, Filipinos, Indians, and the like. Sure a few Filipinos tried the delay game a bit but that shit was cut fast. Now on the flip side I have been scammed at least 10 times by Americans and have had a failure rate of about 90% on jobs assigned to them that were not content related. Oh my bad some of those scams and failures came north of the border to, about 30% of them.

                      Nothing like having a project done by somebody who barely understands SQL and in a month, you wonder why the front page takes a minute to render and causes a huge spike because of "SELECT * FROM".

                      But, I don't care; I'm not soliciting for work. People find me when they need their shit working, not when they want the cheapest implementation.

                          I am from India and I dont have any developers in India. If a guy is good developer in India he comes to US, no one want to stay back in a 3rd world. This is why Microsoft in US is all most 30% Indians.

                          My team is in eastern europe, they want more money but in software development its what you can deliver and not how many hours you work.

                              It's also illegal in india to work on porn stuff, so you sometimes run into project managers who take on jobs that the actual programmers won't do.

                              We've had our best results for this kind of stuff in eastern europe
