I meant in terms of SE Value, since the title is offering us a SEO Backyard Tip.
Wouldn't it be better to A-B-C roll the links than just back and forth? Or does it matter not since the links on the blog networks and directories listed are all in scripts or dynamic?
Just curious since this kinda stuff is either changing all the time and we're getting different stories from different gurus what their value is?

It always amazes me when I see a blog with no links to or from directories...
To? Yes... To... If I had a nickel for every hit I received from SE's where someone searched for a directories name as the query and I was in the top 5 because I mentioned the name in a link...
I guess that is SEO tip #2 for all of those ABC only link trade morons...Comment
