    Is anyone on here doing anything on Youtube?

    Why do some people get to show uncensored content while others are not? It seems like some very big well known channels show nudity these days while others are being cast into a volcano for doing so
    The rules I could find seemed pretty vague

      if you show uncensored content:
      - Viewers who are not logged in cant watch it
      - Viewers who are logged in must be adults
      - Monetizing is not possible for these type of videos.

                  I could never figure this out. About 5 different folks have posted our clips. Now over 2 million views... Not a penny to us, I sure would like to know what somebody who ripped our clip and has almost a million views out of one clip alone got in $$$s and should I sue anybody

                              Can someone else make money from videos I create myself without my permission?
                              If somebody tries to do this without your permission, they are breaching your copyright. If this happens or is happening now, contact Google and let them know that someone is stealing your videos and monetizing them. This is not only a legal breach, but it's quite a mean thing to do and their reputation will be impacted when it comes to light.

                                  Tried that,they told me to file a law suite in Delaware... Did check with a law firm 10 K retainer, then a minimum 50 K win or loose. BTW the clip is from a movie shot in Canada ( obvious locations, cars , landscapes) and 100 % caucasian actors. The assehole who ripped it off called it a Hindi action movie when he filed counter DMCA. The Youtube idiots went for it.... Action fucking Hindi movie...? They are so big they do not give a shit...

                                  Just wanted to know how much the Hindi thief made off me with a million hits.

                                              Watermark all your video with the domain of you youtube channel so when you report a reposted video it's easy to prove.
