We just tested with several affiliate Linkcodes, and the affiliate NATS ID is being passed and all sales are being tracked.
If your browser didnt record the cookie, then the default ID is used which is probably what you got.
We have been in the business for 15+ years, and we never would cheat any of our partners.

That doesn't surprise. At that time I had an affiliate manager that wasn't very good at answering affiliate emails. I had to follow him around and constantly badger him to answer our affiliates in a timely manner. Many times affiliates weren't answered, or answered in a timely manner. This among many other things resulted in his termination.
