    In a unanimous vote, the Utah House of Representatives passed a resolution this week branding pornography a public health hazard; a crisis its citizens need to be protected from.

    Utah?s resolution on porn?s public health crisis implies early exposure to pornography can create a ?biological addiction? which, according to the resolution, may later lead to ?risky sexual behaviors, extreme degradation, and violence,? as well as reduced interest in marriage and deviant sexual arousal.

                      Do you know what a legislative resolution is? A political posture it is not any law with a penalty -- it is an election year too a lot of this is sabre rattling to the Mormon voter base.

                      This sort of talk has been brandied about for years. In the worst case scenario Utah porn buyers will use proxy/VPN IPs and out of state credit card issuers. Utah porn purchases will decline undoubtedly -- but so what?

                                                          Because shit might go from state to state like other laws. I know probably not but it all starts somewhere. It doesn't matter that much to be because I will be retired by the time it would effect me but others it could make a difference
