The only ecperience I have with designers (and I tried many different ones) is that they always say it takes x days/weeks to get something done, the first few days they show lots of stuff, and than they seem to dissapear for a month, and you have to email/icq them several times, and finally they deliver the work after way too much time. Same with EVERY designer
