Theres no doubt he has much more natural talent than his competitors, but thats down to genetics and the luck of the draw. His arms span is longer than his height, it is extremely unusual to have arms as long as his, he is also double jointed. Lucky to born that way, I doubt he puts in much more training time than the other swimmers.
