My new designer is...well, a god. Ok, im a bit biased since he is my brother, but gotta give props to the man...
He made me this

anyways, If you want a tgp/cj/mgp site with the same quality, get a hold of me, and ill have him design it for you. $480 gets you a complete design with the works like the one above

The graphics are pretty cool...

BUT...

has the guy ever ran a TGP...?
.. and ..does he understand how important the layout is to trading.??

I'm not knocking him, but it looks like these things weren't given much consideration by the "designer".

I'm not knocking him, but it looks like these things weren't given much consideration by the "designer".

no, hes never ran a TGP....I tell him what to design and where things go, and he does the rest...I run a few MGP's, so I had him model it after my own stuff.

Well... here's a little tip then..

New TGP's do NOT need an announcement or news area on top. Sites with 100k bookmarkers can get away with it, and in fact, almost need it.... but new tgp's are just throwing surfers away.

You also do NOT need giant links on the top of the page to webmasters and email. What the hell is the logic in that..??

If you open a new tgp and hope to be a productive trade that actually grows, then get them the porn straight away. Even if you have your main categories up top (mature-hardcore-movies) and then a break for that BS followed by the rest of your categories.

I would agree with some of what you say about a new tgp not needing announcment and news...but when this site goes live, I'll be feeding it with 30k of traffic per day from my other mgp's, so it wont stay new for long.

The reason I put up a news section is because I think itll move the site away from being just another nameless site and maybe increase bookmarkers. I do it on all my sites, and it works well. I have a daily conversation with the surfer, and that may translate into having more bookmarkers. I make the site big, because of the amount of traffic I feed it to start it off. Also, this is a mix of a CJ and a MGP, which is a bit different then a TGP...I don't mind jerking the surfer around just a bit. I do appreciate the feedback though bro

I can appreciate that logic Meta..

the "announcements" are a cool way to interact, and it works great for sites like Shaps. It's just one of those things you see everyone put up on new sites... but it sounds like you have your shit together.

My opinnion of you has changed quite a bit in the last 20 minutes.... but I still think you have issues!! and I'm sure you agree.
