No but if i list every open server out there...then people bitching about them have no excuse. You either figure out a way to use it to your advantage...or you continue to get fucked by the people using them.

I dunno, im still working on the concept. I'm open to any idea's.

uhm, by the way you should strip off all the ports from those ip's, so you dont have list of proxies for hitbotters to use... if you wanna detect hits from those ips, you dont need the port numbers anyways..

Actually...hmmm.....

People who think they are getting hitbotted could cross-referrence their log files with this Database. See how many match the list etc.

Hmmm...come on guys give me some idea's...

Theres only a few thousand on there right now, next update i will take off the port #'s. I suppose it could be used for evil in the state its listed now....good point.

yup, you got it

having these ip's is only good for blocking them or matching them to the logs (which could be a very long process with a long list, you need the right algorithms for this)..

other than that there are several other ways for detecting hitbots which dont require having a list of ips..

but having this list is nice, i will make further research on these, it could help me on my new project

A free trade script with proxy protection i hope? Because honestly cjultra is nice, but the hitbots can tear it up.

i'm not in favor of blocking anyone. i just think of ways to catch the cheaters, not stop them before they do it.

and over 90% of all proxy surfers use their ISP proxies, which are not available to public and most of them are not anonymous.

Most people smart enough to use a proxy to disguise their porn surfing are the same ones who won't pay for porn. And most people using ISP proxies, those proxies are not open.

Anyways, i think this will be instrumental in catching cheaters. And i encourage everyone to donate their proxy logs to the cause.

ive been able to fit around 800 ip's in my htaccess before having it crash. now i empty after it reaches 500 and let my script start over again catching more cheaters. works like a charm
