jamoncam.com has some Flash solutions but if you google you find some alternatives. Success with setting up your live streaming environment.

We use webvideo. I like it for the most part...it's sometimes hard to get them to update things though (I think they're really busy these days), and they're not US based, but eventually they'll come through. They just moved to a flash version. Right now we're running both flash and java...it's kinda weird but I guess it's the transitional phase.
