    Need some newbie resources.

    This guy i know is pretty desperate to make a few bucks a month extra. So i promised to give him some urls with stuff to read...
    Im looking for some avs / tgp / sponsor help pages.
    Im talking about real simple stuff here, he's a complete rookie
