Mr X of Mr X Productions is a fucking Content Thief!

God I hate drama.. however I have to say I have known "Mr X" for many years, from back in the day when we both dealt with that shit head Arnold Stein. We have always gotten along and everytime we met we spoke about the fucked up things going on in the industry. I would trust him with my DVD's blindly.

I also dealt with Bryan through a mutual friend. Bryan was going to hook me up with some girls he knew that were coming to Vegas and I could shoot them. One of the girls never showed up and the other was sent to a pimp here in town. Needles to say after talking to this dude Bryan set this girl up with I did not want them at my studio. Of course this does not say anything about bryan, but that is what my dealings were.

i have to step behind Mr X on this one, we go way back and i truly doubt he did anything with bad intentions. Trying to copyright someones idea is fucked up and deserves a slap in the face if you ask me..

Error? Produced? You didn't produce anything ... you took the content I produced and replicated it .... you own the boxes and artwork if anything ... not the content ... so yes, you made an error ... as if you didn't know. I have the original model releases, original 2257, ids, original sales receipt from the videographer/photographer and his contact information to verify it was shot for us and us only! Do you have that? No, you have COPIES of 2257 docs i provided for the purpose if dvd distribution ... nothing else. YOu have nothing stating that you are allowed to license that content via web or by any other means for that matter.

We don't need to buy it out ... we already have dvd rights and every other rights to it ... we own it ... you do not .... I can prove ownership ... you can not .... as I said to you via icq ... if you wish to recoop your money by repackaging and dist on dvd we can work something out in that arena ... but web is exclusive and you do not have web rights on that content or any rights for that matter. However, as I said before ... do as you will ... I'll just make whoever you sell to take it down ... they'll only be pissed at you ... not me.

It's not a myth ... you keep saying you dropped me ... how can you drop someone you don't have a deal with ? Make up your mind! We had a deal that I provide content and you provide replication and artwork for GM ... Whatever you would like to call that is fine .... but that was the deal ... done by a handshake which was my fault ... but live and learn. Anyway, doesn't matter at this point ... as I said before 20 times the past dvd issue has nothing to do with this issue .... the issue is the content that you are distributing that you don't own. I've tried to compromise on both fronts ... the buyer seems to want to work something out ... we'll be speaking tommorow , hopefully .... but like I said ... if you keep moving this on the web ... you'll only piss people off ... because they'll have to take it down.

Yes, I remember dealing with you on this ... however, I never sent the girl you are referring to over to the pimp .... I simply sent them to you and that was all. I apologize for them not showing up but as stated ... i can't really control that ... I'm not their agent ... just new they were headed your way and They had shot for us here in Cleveland for myself and Voodoo Media Group ... we had no problems with them and quite honestly the one girl has come back a few times. The other girl never showed up again ... I can't control that .... but I had nothing to do with the guy they were hooked up with ... I don't send girls to people like that.

As far as the copyright issue .... we started the dvd together ... so when did it become his idea? I had the idea for the them around the content ... he proposed a title ... we both agreed upon it and did it .... so it's ok for him to take my content and sell it all over the net but not ok for me to copyright a dvd that we started together and he tried to push me out of. That makes total sense.

Look ... I realize that Mr x has been around a long time ... and i'm probably wasting my breath because of that .... but the fact is that he is selling content that does not belong to him and he does not own. He decided to end the gm dvd partnership with me by filling it with his own shit and then also tries to sell mine illegally and i'm the one that deserves a slap in the face. That makes total sense .....

At any rate ... a resolution has been made between the purchaser of the content and us .... that 's the important part .... since it afterall was no fault of theirs .... maybe the fact that i'm the one that compromised when my shit was what was stolen and sold illegally would hold some water with everyone but probably not since mr x has been around forever.

People have said the same thing about companies that have been around for years and years .... and plenty have ended up doing wrong ... either way ... the issue has been resolved !

yes ... one would think ... but when it's going to cost thousands to sue ... it becomes an issue of is it really worth it if I can just make the purchaser pull the content down. I suppose it depends upon if he keeps trying to sell it or if it ends here. We'll see I suppose .
