Where the fuck are all the amateur personality sites at?

Today I am importing video galleries into a new system I have and I am having a really hard time finding or even thinking of real amateur personality based sites?

This is crazy all the sites I can think of are either dead or glam style...

Its either pretty sad of the industry to let these fall or its sad of me for not keeping up ....
