Gulf of Mexico, 'Redneck Riviera' of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Not as hick as it sounds, 25 minutes to Florida and actually some good stuff around.

I had an offer for a trade but it was in the 'new' North Las Vegas and had my friend who lives in Summerlin check it out. He said it was a nice house, but surrounded by hundreds of new, unsold houses just sitting there and was no where near the value the owner was saying, so of course I passed.

Only recent one I have is of part of the backyard...

I have to get an updated one from the front now that the landscaping has grown out a lot.

Rochard ... I used to live near you. I was the senior editor over the weekly Lincoln newspaper, but I was based in Roseville. Had to move ... too freakin' hot there! But there were some gorgeous home being built in that area.
