Hello,

Basically I manage the website with a product-based approach.

This means that I make sure the website is growing positively overall. To do this I do multiple tasks such as overseeing the development of new features with our developers, managing the VA's working on it, seeking new partners relationship, working on the marketing of the website as a brand (this does include SEO, SMO, competition analysis...) etc.

If you have a question or comment about anything beside the ads on daporn, I am the person to talk to

Hope this clarify a little bit my role about our tube website, if you have any question do not hesitate

Not sure what you mean by this. Our content comes from users and content partners. We are also working on a plan to get custom content in the near future.

As far as organic traffic goes, it means what it usually does... traffic from search engines.

I have clicked some of the videos and unless I missed something I have seen the litle "hamster" before the video started to play...Ergo its xHamster hit, but yours also??

I would guess that you are talking about a watermark of some sort ? If so, that is quite possible as there is nothing that stops a user from submitting scraped content (as long as it follows the basic rules).

However, we take DMCAs very seriously and do our best to remove them promptly whenever we receive them.
